An attorney with over 20 years of executive and legal leadership experience in higher education and nonprofit institutions, I specialize in solving complex employment, legal, and organizational issues with clarity, empathy, and precision. As General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Staff, I’ve led institutions through major restructurings, compliance overhauls, union negotiations, internal investigations, accreditation applications and reviews, and cultural change initiatives.
